Aufgaben

You will be part of our global associate program that is built to develop our next generation of sales leaders.

Through a structured training and enablement program, we are focused on developing you along an accelerated career path and prepare you for a full-time sales position in 12-18 months.

New Hire Training:

Captivating training with world class sales professionals
Discover & learn about the digital age we live in and the importance of IT fundamentals – all while building strong business skills.
Establish a challenger sales mind-set and apply those techniques to real customer cases

Qualifikation

All university graduates; Degree in Sales/Business Administration/Marketing/Computer Science/Cyber Security - a plus
Strong verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills
Ability to demonstrate good customer engagement
Analytical, detailed, result-driven, solution-oriented, excellent communication skills, team player with an entrepreneurial spirit
Passionate for technology with a basic understanding of computer networking (Preferred)
Assertive self-starter with a great attitude and strong organizational skill
Open minds who want to thrive
Fluent in English and German
